Return Policy + Instruction:
Lunaweft gladly accept returns* but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Products should be returned new, unused, and with all LunaWeft tags.
LunaWeft will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.
Please follow online guidance & contact info@lunaweft.com to arrange the return of the product(s).
Please bring your order number in order for us to process your exchange or return.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.You are liable for a possible deterioration of the product's value caused by you in the way of trying the products. You may try the product in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the product is used in any other way than described above we consider the product as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned products will be credited to the credit card used to place the order originally, any taxes or import duties incurred will be deducted. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for products lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
